the staff has a good welcome and easy to contact by mobile phone when needed. Cleanness quite OK, the only need to be update is hot water system for shower.

Arrived at 2.20 pm, no one at Office. Called Michaels after hours mobile 50 ( yes 50) times but number busy.i wasted a lot of time and petrol money travelling to Montville with two tired toddlers from travelling all day. Pretty stupid way to run a hotel. Waited an hour or so but no staff arrived at the property. Rang the 07 number for the property no answer. Staff were supposed to be in the office until 3 pm but gone by 220pm. Considering check in isn’t until 2 not good enough Will be posting my bad experience all over social media
