It's was a ok experience, only because I was on a business trip alone. However I would not bring my family there for vacation, because of the street foot traffic in and out of the hotel.

The staff were great, friendly and hospitable and helpful but I think overwhelmed and short-staffed. We witnessed a very rude customer and it was handled as well as could be expected. This is a management issue - property in dis-repair and more attention to detail with cleaning needed. Room was missing lighting and bed-side table. This was after we changed rooms for first room being unclean. Location was good and hotel was quiet - surroundings (people noise at night) was not the first night.

I loved the modern vibes but cleaning and service wasn’t good. After getting off a plane tired and hungry I had to wait for 15 mins at the front desk because nobody was there. Sheets had hair pieces, shower had hair pieces on wall.

The receptionist checked me in wrong, gave us keys that did not work, the toilet in the room overflowed through the lid everytime yoi flushed, the WiFi was HORRIBLE and they got rid of their options where you can pay for good WiFi and forced everyone to use the free one. I didn’t get the room I asked for, which was a premium king room that came with other amenities that I didn’t have. My view was of a construction site. It was so bad we checked out a day early. But the experience doesn’t stop there because after I checked out, the hotel CONTINUED to charge me repeatedly because they couldn’t check me out right when I wasn’t checked in correctly. Hotel took over $400 out of my account for a $139 stay. Truly the WORSE RL of their franchise

Tried calling ahead about parking - no answer. When we checked in, the staff seemed lie it was an intrusion. When we called down to report the poor condition of the room, again there was no answer. There had been smoking, the fire detector was wrapped in an ice bag to rpevent it from going off from the smoking, the upholstery on the one chair was severely stained, the bathroom was not clean and there was mold in the shower. I went back to the lobby and shared this info and was told they would "make a note of it." The next morning, I asked an unmasked front desk attendant if we could change rooms. They agreed to this (but again very disengaged and unapologetic), and when we moved rooms later in the day, the second room was much much better. There are much nicer hotels in the immediate area at the same price point, so would recommend those first. Won't be staying here again.
