Great Find!
This place perfectly suited our needs. Traveling with a baby on a 2-day stopover and having the convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer was great for us. We weren’t going to have time for amenities such as a gym and room service, so didn’t miss that at all. Further, the staff was exceptionaly responsive. We had a studio room, which is small, but still managed to have a sizable and fully functional kitchen and bathroom. The best part? Heated floors! So nice after a day out in December weather. The least enjoyable part? No view ... windows in the studio room are frosted glass of some kind, so there is literally no view and figuratively speaking no windows. I assume all studios are the same. However, location more than makes up for any shortfall .... amazing location.

Nice apartment hotel, great location
Great location with two food markets and the Green Park Station nearby. Easy walking distance to Piccadilly Square, Chinatown, Buckingham Palace, and other sights. Apartment staff were friendly and courteous. Arrived early in the morning, left our luggage for storage, and then we went off to see London's attractions. Came back in the early evening to check in. We found our room to be very comfortable with several extra electrical outlets to recharge our electrical devices. Were happy and surprised that our room came with a jacuzzi bathtub. Although we did not cook anything, it was nice to have a microwave and a big refrigerator. Only downside was the weak A/C blower and it got a little stuffy inside, so we just open the window to make it more comfortable. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Generally good with some poor maintenance
Having spent 3 nights at this property I have come to the conclusion it enjoys prime location right by an underground station and within a walking distance to well-known places in town. Nonetheless the apartment we were provided with, although in good shape, manifested some noticeable maintenance issues: loose water tap in the kitchen, broken and loose marble in the shower as well as striking lack of aeration in the shower, major humidity damages to the shower cabinet to name just a few issues. In addition we had constant motor engine when the windows were open, and to top it all we also had a major problem with the power sockets: they didn't match the standard European plugs hence we asked for adapters-we were given two whereas only one was operational. Upon returning the defective one we were told they ran short of additional ones as guests tend not to return them.... What a lame excuse for a property which charged us with over 280$ per night!

Best Hotel Deal Ever
Maybe it was because it was late January, and not exactly the "high season" for London hotels, but the price for this apartment was ridiculously low. If I could always get such a good price, I'd never stay anywhere else in London. Rooms were huge. Immaculately clean. Beautifully furnished. Kitchen included washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove with oven, full size refridge/freezer, and plenty of cutlery, flatware, kitchen tools, etc. Note: they do NOT include any condiments like salt/pepper, or any coffee/tea. Buy those at nearby Marks & Spencer, or Sainsbury's. Oh, and did I mention the location. About one minute walk to Green Park tube station, just off Piccadilly, 50 yards from the Ritz Hotel, tons of restaurants and watering holes nearby. And every business meeting I had I could walk to. Didn't want to leave!!

Great location; Spacious Apartment
Booked a three bedroom apartment for a family of five with three children. Great location right next to Green Park and Green Park tube station which connections to multiple tube lines. Easy walking to many tourist attractions. Was great for the family vacation. Apartment was very spacious and the kids loved it. Not the most up to date interior and not up to the standard of a 4 or 5 star hotel where we have traditionally aimed to stay on vacations, but the location and size, plus the price for what you are getting to accommodate a larger group, more than made up for these shortcomings. Would definitely recommend this for a place to stay with a family while visiting the city to see the sights.
