The staff was great. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very very good. The location was nice, and the room very comfortable. The only negative was that the reconditioning work started earlier than I would have liked. Bit that is also a bonus for YORS, as a hotel that it updates and refurbishes its rooms.

Das Hotel ist zur Zeit meines Besuches in de Renovierung. Zimmer sind sauber aber eher 90et Style. Reinigung ist nicht obligatorisch was aber für mich kein Problem ist Bahnhofsgebiet ist kritisch zu sehen da dort direkt ein Drogen Hotspot ist. Lage ist zentral.

Parkplatz habe ich vorm Hotel gebucht, war aber trotzdem nicht frei, weil sich jemand hingestellt hat und das Hotel darüber keinen Überblick behält. Die Einrichtung war genau wie auf den Bildern, da wurden wir weder positiv noch negativ überrascht. Die zentrale Lage war natürlich optimal. Das größte Problem war der üble und nicht definierbare Gestank ein Zimmer. Auch ein offenes Fenster hat nichts gebracht. Wir hatten nicht die Zeit und Lust das beim Personal zu melden und nach einem andere Zimmer zu fragen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Bahnhof, die Innenstadt und einige Parks in der Umgebung können fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Wer möchte, kann auch vom Hotel zum Zoo laufen, die Entfernung beträgt etwa 1,4 km. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und verfügte über einen Kleiderschrank und einem Tresor. Im Bad gab es neben Duschgel, Fön und Seife auch einen zusätzlichen Heizstrahler. Die Rezeption hat 24/7 geöffnet und man kann kostenlose sein Gepäck deponieren. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
