Mould hovel
This place is a disgusting mould infested hovel. It should not be allowed to be a place of accommodation. Its dirty, and the rooms are so full of mould its a disgrace. I will be reporting it to the council to inspect and close. We woke up with sore throats and after only a few hours mould growing on our things. 😱😡

Worst hotel and worst website to book hotel
I am very disappointed with hotel and hotels .com both. I couldn’t check in the day I booked hotel. I reach there in property and no one was there. After that I am trying to reach hotels.com to get my money refunded but there customer care number is not working. Worst experience ever never recommended anyone

We arrived beyond our checkin time, roughly 5ish. Staff made me wait 15 mins so they could obtain room key. I had to remind them I was waiting. I was informed that our room had not been cleaned due to the late check out. I think the people who supposedly checked out kate were still occupying the room. When entering, the room it smelt bad. Plates in sink , no toilet paper . Pubic hair bathroom sink . Holes in walls . No flat sheets . It was a horrible sight .
