William (front desk) is an exemplary crew leader, personifying ‘customer service’ when my reservation got tangled in their larger hotel (corporate) system. Beyond that, Comfort Hotel was super clean, quiet, & brilliantly accessible from Flesland. I was grateful for the 4:30am cold breakfast. And the lobby had a lively energy in early evenings. I’ve never seen guests actually use & ENJOY a hotel lobby!

Hotel is ideal, perfect for Bergen airport, rooms are well managed, clean. Currently there is industrial action affecting the hotels, food was really terrible, cold vegetables and luke warm tasteless lasagne, generally unedible for a ridiculous price. If staffing issue would be better to advise no food available than what they provided.
