Clean but worn
Staff was great, and everything seemed to be clean, but our room really needed some help. The bathroom door was broken, so the door did not shut all the way, and the stopper in the tub was broken, so the shower didn't drain properly. There also appeared to he some water damage on the bathroom ceiling. The outside of the building was also worn down, and in desperate need of some paint.

Walden Galleria shopping stay
Good value and good location for shopping. The only thing that we could have enjoyed better was the bed. They both seemed to have a sink in the middle and kept rolling into. Otherwise, a nice place.

This is my second time staying at this hotel for work (5 days). Super comfortable stay. The breakfast starts at 6am on the weekday, which is awesome since I have to be at my work site by 6:30am. The breakfast is super tasty and the customer service was excellent. During this stay they had cookies in the lobby at ~5pm which was a tasty and sweet surprise.
