This hotel is great if you are tired of the smallness of Japanese hotel rooms - the king room is about the size of a small apartment and the bathroom is bigger than some of the rooms we have stayed in. The hotel is located in a buzzing part of town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, but is quiet overnight due to the sound proofing. A bonus is that the hotel is about a 300m walk from the Kansai Airport express train at Namba station, and I would recommend walking rather than negotiating the narrow, one-way streets in a car or taxi. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the welcome drink on arrival (we chose icy cold beer) was appreciated in the sticky, autumnal heat. The hotel has a quirky vibe, with in-room karaoke, vending fridge and coloured lights, and recommended to experience the weirder side of Japan.

Well, it's a hotel that charges in 3 hour blocks... Putting that aside, our room, while huge for Japan, was very dated and smelled of smoke. The vibe is that of a seedy motel where you might go to have an affair in the 1980s. After arriving we nearly went off to find another hotel, but after giving it a night we decided it wasn't so bad. On the plus side, it's on a lively street and easy to find, the staff are friendly and were thorough in servicing the room each day. The breakfast was average at best, I'd have happily skipped it.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are large, stylish and spotless. Love the shower and despite a review I saw to the contrary, the breakfast was great.

Initially My wife and I were a bit unsure about this hotel because of it title and review on google as "adults only" or "love hotel". However all that went away the moment we stepped into our Deluxe Double Room - which was HUGE! The room must was spacious with a king size bed, sofa, a massage chair, 55" TV and even a karaoke machine! Then there was the bathroom - or I should call an bath suite. It had a massive washbasin, a seperate toilet and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a TV. The amenities weren't just regular shampoos and bath foams, but full package including electric hairbrushes, bathtub salts, bubble bath, toothbrushes, loofas, 5 types of face and body creams and lotions, bathrobes, slippers and pyjamas! The buffet breakfast was great with a lot of continental and oriental options. The hotel also gave us coupons for free Takoyaki and half price beer and katsu don. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the Namba station, which is great if you are travelling to or from anywhere via subway. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely comfortable - Highly recommended
