The room was very clean and comfortable and one of the better places I've stayed recently. The location is great in Old Town. The restaurant is horrible. It smells like something died in there and made me gag. The outdoor patio isn't much better with an obscured view of the water. We love this location and the room was nice and the water pressure was incredible… The water dispenser by the ice machine was out of order and the elevator was out of order so that was inconvenient. They also charged a $25 fee per night for the “amenities“ but I don’t know what amenities we were paying for. … We didn’t use anything in the hotel other than sleep there while enjoying old town for two nights. I would like to stay here again, but I would like them to work on some of their maintenance and maybe get rid of the amenity fee… It’s not like they have a pool. I mentioned that it was our 20th wedding anniversary and it didn’t seem like the staff cared about that… I stayed this hotel a few years ago and they gave me a bottle of champagne… Maybe they don’t do that anymore?

The best thing about this hotel is its location to the waterfront and to the main street of old town. The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby was just redone although a bit business hotel style. The rooms are a nice layout, but they are very much in need of renovation.For the past three years, the wallpaper in the bathroom has been peeling every time I've been there.The room feels a bit dated and colorless.
