Really liked the music décor, great location and lovely big room with very usable layout
The music theme of this hotel makes it unique. The location is great. The only drawback…

Great place to stay in St. John’s
Amazing hotel. Could not be better.

Good
Good but loud and aging structure.
Location is central , food is good and the service is excellent ! but the structure has some flaws . A lot of noise pollution can be heard in rooms , especially the harbor side . The seals around the sink were cracking , the lights above sink were not all functioning . The internet was out for 6-8 hours . The bedding could use an upgrade ( using thin fleece with sheets on both side ) .

A Great Choice in St. John's
The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and had nice decor. I definitely appreciated having a comfy couch in the room, too. The staff were kind and super helpful. Whatever I needed, they were there to provide. Restaurant was nice too. Everything I needed. :)

Very good
Fantastic experience. Staff very friendly. Valet service was convenient. I did find the lobby was loud. The music was loud. And with everyone wearing masks, the louder music made it harder to communicate. As we were leaving, the music was not as loud.

Good
This place is pretty blah - kind of like an old Ramada pretending to be something that it simply is not. The rooms are sparsely and cheaply decorated, the view is industrial, the neighbourhood a bit sketchy (in part due to all the demolition of historic properties next door to accommodate Jag's expansion). Clean and ok. NO parking provided - and is probably one of the most dangerous places to park overnight in St. John's.

Good
I liked the key card. It was swiped not insert action. I loved the king bed mattress. Quiet. Dislike no robes, no ice bucket, no room service menu, poor workmanship of bathroom. No parking. No microwave. 2 small different glasses only. No main light switch. Like bed height.
