The Beechfield

The positives. We stayed here recently with our disabled daughter and following our booking through hotels.com, the staff at the hotel called us to advise that they did not have a room available at that moment. After a short time, the staff at the hotel called us back and advised that they had been able to move a few things around and they had found us a room on the ground floor. This was fantastic of them and we were very grateful. The staff helped again when the room above had children being extremely noisy in the late evening when we were trying to get our daughter to sleep. The staff acted quickly and asked the people above to keep it down which thankfully they did. There is disabled access at the side of the hotel which requires a bell to be pressed and a member of staff comes to open the door. I feel that this would be better if the door could be opened by a key card like the main entrance rather than waiting for the staff particularly if it is raining. The staff were always quick to open the door, however this could have been a different story if they were seeing to another customer. The place itself was comfortable enough for a few days stay and would suit someone coming for business who wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful. There is a free WIFI available which is a positive. It’s enough for basic internet use but anything more would not work too well. Plenty of storage for clothing and enough space to house a wheel chair comfortably. Bag storage available t

Returned to The Beechfield for a second year after such a great stay last year and enjoyed another great stay. Julie and the team are friendly and welcoming, the rooms and hotel are very clean with daily housekeeping providing clean bed sheets, towels etc. Hairdryer and hot drink making facilities in the room which has ample space and very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom again has ample space with a decent sized shower. The breakfast offered is of great variety, with cereal, juice, tea, coffee, toast and hot cooked breakfast items all included. Overall another great stay! If you’re looking for a well located, clean hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast (oh and a bar that’s open until late!) then look no further than The Beechfield. Will be returning next year and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Blackpool.

Amazing stay hotel was perfect

Good location, parking was heaven. Clean spacious room, large shower and good utilities. All staff were chatty and service at breakfast was as good as any 3 star chain hotel. Unfortunately there is no aircon and once the windows were open we had to listen to the night shift Seagulls LOL! Overall for the money this wa a very pleasant stay and would come again.

Brill hotel, excellent service and couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely use again
