The AC temperature cannot be reduced if required and stays at 27.5 degrees all day. gets quite hot in the day. the staff at the hotel cited covid regulations for this however i had stayed here early this year much before the covid struck India and the same AC problem was there. the technicians give excuses or misguide you in believing that it will get cooler after some time but it never does and stays at 27.5 no matter what setpoint you set it at. though later i was provided with a portable fan it didn't help much. The problem needs to be addressed and covid cannot be cited as a reason. the stay was uncomfortable as a result. There are many more hotel options available for a similar price in Aurangabad, i believe i will not stay here again because of the air conditioning problem

It’s a good hotel overall with most things looking up to date. The breakfast is fabulous and not to be missed, as are the different amenities including pool, tennis court etc. However, we changed rooms a couple of times as the beds had worn out and we kept sinking into the mattress. Basic things like shower caps, slippers had to be ordered separately for each room, which was a bit of pain. But most infuriatingly was the constant security checks each time we left the hotel and came back. As this was a business trip, there was a lot of toing/froing between buildings in the city so to constantly be checked where we were staying was fundamentally ridiculous.

I don't understand how this property got 5 start with a 3 start quality service. Only thing I like the staff who always wanted to help. Quality of bathroom fixtures are very old and does not work. When you take a shower it floods the bathroom Water pressure is very low in the shower. I was told that I can't lower the temperature below 21.5 degree because it is set by the central AC system. They offered us a floor fan instead. Quality of breakfast is very low quality

Very little to fault. Clean and very comfortable rooms, fruit bowl, biscuits and brownies a nice touch. Excellent staff in all areas, good restaurant at very reasonable prices, dinner buffet particularly good value, cosy bar. Lovely pool area with a good sized pool, pretty grounds to walk around. Only slight niggle was the shower pressure could be a bit variable, but not much of an issue really. Hotel car can be hired for the day, again at a really good price. A good base to explore the area and also a great place just to chill.

The hotel location is very good , less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Overall very clean with decent service and availability of all basic amenities. F & B needs real improvement. The breakfast and dinner buffet has very limited options, which to some extent is offset by the live music over the weekends.

Choices in Aurangabad, gateway to Ajanta and Ellora caves, are limited. This hotel is quite packed with local and foreign tourists. Rooms and amenities are merely acceptable but at least very clean. Foods in the restaurant are ok and good for 2-3 days explore in the area.
