Extremely basic room with a bed, tv, chair and a bathroom. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel. The restaurant at the lobby didn’t even want to provide me with a spoon when my food delivery didn’t arrive with one. I would not stay here again.

This hotel had good reviews but the truth is, good service depends on what people are used to, but this was not good service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; I had to move the bed side table to find a plug (that was broken) and I found dirt and an old business card under it. There’s no shampoo and no hair dryer in the room. You must fill out a paper, sign it, and leave an ID at reception to borrow one. The kitchen, visible from certain angles, didn’t look clean. At breakfast, dishes were dirty, the coffee pot grimy, and the eggs watery. The reception staff didn’t make an effort to be polite, no smile, no thank you, not even when I checked out.

"Minha experiência no Hotel Mega Moda deixou muito a desejar. O maior problema é a falta de transparência: não há qualquer informação prévia sobre a cobrança de R$ 40,00 pelo estacionamento, o que é um custo surpresa bem desagradável. Além disso, a sinalização é inexistente, não há nenhuma orientação clara sobre onde deixar o veículo e tudo parece muito longe e confuso, sem ninguém para auxiliar. Para completar, o atendimento é extremamente frio e sem qualquer simpatia ou disposição para ajudar o hóspede. Não recomendo."
