Nice hotel, wonderful staff and clean rooms
A nice hotel and lovely staff. A shame that when we arrived with two adults and two children, we were given 3 single beds. A bit of a muck around but in the end we received a king size bed and double fold out sofa. Room was lovely, bed comfortable, nice cold air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. We enjoyed breakfast at the top restaurant off the lobby-much quieter and food all in one place. Pool was lovely, a tad chilly but still enjoyable. Room service was excellent. Very fast and very nice food. Cleaned the room very well each day. Was a 10 minute walk through the lane way to the main street, but was no issue. Thanks Swiss-Belhotel

Pillows great, air con great, great shower, soft towels, good brekkie. Very noisy - room service got it wrong most times and no one cared when I complained - still had to pay. Wont stay here again, much better places for the price!

The hotel was perfect for a 2 night stop over after our long flight. My daughter loved the pool. The food was nice enough, but all the Asian food had a fish undertone, which I struggled with while pregnant. But breakfast was great in the quiet cafe, main restaurant was a bit overwhelming for me and my small child. Would definitely recommend though. Staff were fantastic and helpful.

Handy location, lovely staff We have stayed in the Swiss-Bel at Sanur before, this was our first time at the Tuban location. A very easy to find location and just a bit quieter, away from the main street areas and hassle. Absolutely go and visit Warung Pappy's 2 doors down if you love Indian food. Omigosh, it was incredible! And such good value. Warung Kotobuki around the corner also fabulous, and there's an ATM nearby and Circle K, Cocomart etc. all in easy strolling distance. Breakfast at the hotel is magnificent, something for everyone. A 10-minute walk to Jalan Kartika Plaza and plenty of shopping and dining etc, but please go to Sari Jody Shop and Salon. Fixed price clothes shopping and a salon at the back for your massages, pedicure, manicure, braiding and more. They are a gorgeous family and beautifully honest, traditional Balinese and the best prices around.
