Be careful with this hotel keep an eye on your credit/debut card transaction they charged me twice for one night I was lucky to check my credit card transaction online, the manager Zubair was not helpful at all. I had to speak to my bank and ebooker to get a refund after few days.

The hotel Is in a great location. Very clean hotel. Staff are ok but could be friendlier. Beds and pillows are very hard I could not sleep good due to the uncomfortable bed and it caused me to have back pain, pillows could not be used to sleep as they are very hard and bulky. No fridge of coffee making facilities in room

Hotel is recently refurbished n very stylish. Excellent stylish breakfast area and lobby more 4 star style than 3 star. Breakfast was fresh and good but a little more variety would be appreciated as was there for 4 days. Quieter rooms at back of hotel and soundproofed windows kept the noise out well. Room was great, very clean, modern, comfy big bed, efficiently serviced every day. Shower sprayed water onto floor so had to keep the bathmat there to soak it up. Non soundproofed tiled floors so some scraping of chairs, shoed footfall could be heard echoing from room above but was very quiet otherwise. Stool only in room so ask for a chair if like me you need it for laptop work to support your back. Only one electrical socket in room, next to bed so recharging of laptop while at desk not possible, a work around is needed for that. Staff very helpful and informative indeed n arranged taxi with ease n better price than a haggled street one. They all spoke good English. Wifi generally good. Absolutely in the centre of city, minutes from Cathedral, Medina gate, tram stop to Bardo Museum and near plethora of restaurants and bars. Fabulous restaurant at Tunisian Palace Hotel nearby .I recommend this hotel, one of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed in

Well let's start with the good points, actually just one good thing & that's "location". That's about the only good thing about this hotel. As for the bad points: 1) Around midnight, internet stopped working. Then it was on & off until the next day & I had an important matter to finish regarding my work but I had to postpone it until the next day. Secondly, the walls are soooo thin, i can hear the conversation that is going on in the next room then around 4:30am there was an alarm going off and snooze was on, so about every 10min it was going off & I would wake up but it seems the neighbor wasn't waking up or too lazy to wake up. So I didn't sleep at all and when I did, about 7am everyone was waking up and lots of noise going on and I could hear every sound so I just took a shower and decided to have breakfast 3) which was the worst I had in any hotel I have ever been to. I asked for scrambled eggs or boiled eggs and 1 staff said there's ready made scrambled eggs on a plate. It wasn't even covered and it was so cold. There was no hot milk either and when I asked the same guy, he said he will bring some but he never did. There was some salad and low quality honey & jam, even the cereal is the cheapest quality they can find. If this hotel was a 1 or 2 star hotel then I wouldn't complain but it's supposed to be 3 stars and it's not cheap. I paid $53 including tax. For $53 a night, I would get really good service & good breakfast in other 3 star hotels around the world.
