Updated Rooms and Better Than Ever!
Recently I stayed for several days at the Hotel Fenix. It is conveniently located downtown and close to shopping and restaurants. It had been a while since I had stayed there and I was pleasantly surprised at the improvements since my last stay. The furniture had been updated, the mattress was comfortable, the internet worked without any glitches, and the breakfast was delicious. The service at the front desk was also terrific. I would definitely stay again.

Bom serviço mas requer modernização.
O hotel Fenix é bem localizado, no centro de Pouso Alegre. É silencioso. O apartamento que fiquei requer um pouco de modernização e algumas melhorias, como por exemplo o chuveiro que está desgastado e com marcas de ferrugem. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, porém o processo de check-in é um pouco obsoleto, tomando muito tempo do hóspede e do funcionário. O banheiro estava com um pouco de mau cheiro provavelmente por estar sem uso por alguns dias. O café da manhã precisa de mais alguns itens como ovos e outras opções quentes.

Não foi boa, hotel está decadente. Colchão muito mole (não macio) ar condicionado muito barulhento, impossível utilizar durante o sono. TV muito pequena. Quarto acanhado. Máximo 2 estrelas.
