Bathroom light stopped working, called to get it fixed, was promised it would be someone on it the next day. There was however nobody coming and we stayed without a functioning bathroom light for 2.5 days! At least I got to speak to customer service several times! :D

I didnt get to the place till 6:40 pm on the 20th september ,, rhud horrible lady called AND spoke to me in that rude of a manner . And as i didnt remember the date of the booking she snapped at ne snd bruptly told me i shouldnt bother to come if i dont know what the address is becsuse i should know the address because i booked the hotel. Not to mention it was a month ago to date thst i booked the hotel
