The staff was rude and not helpful at all! The person was very NEGATIVE. I had never encountered anything like this in any of my bookings before. I highly would not recommend this to anyone. Please don’t waste your time.

Clean, simple accommodation, close to a small shopping centre. Although the room had air conditioning in the living area, the cooler air didn't really reach the bedroom, so it was a bit hot - even with the fan on. Although undercover parking was advertised, in reality it was rarely available as the car park seemed to be already full most of the time we were there, so we parked on the street or in the shopping centre car park.

Secure, handy, accommodation in Woolloongabba. It was clean and in good condition. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was air conditioned in living area, not in bedroom. However, aircon did just reach the bedroom.
