Older building
Great spot, close to shops. Quite an old building with thin walls

Small But Comfortable
Overall this is a good Hotel to stay at while in Launceston. The room was a bit small but it was comfortable and tidy. The bed was the best aspect of the room, good size and comfortable. The heater worked well and the bathroom had a good shower. I found the lighting dim, and there was only 2 small long life milks in the fridge. There was secure off street parking but it was very hard to turn around once driving in as they were fully booked. The TV was "very small" (my PC has a bigger monitor). For the price ($130 for a room with a queen size bed), this was worth the money. Helpful and friendly staff. Cheers Andy
