We booked a twin room with a single and double bed for three adults but when we arrived we were given a family room with a double and bunk beds. It was a very old room which felt very unclean, also the bathroom was old and grotty as well.
After complaining and discussing our options of staying at a different hotel, they offered us two deluxe rooms (a double bed in each room only) at no extra cost, which were much nicer and the bathrooms felt cleaner.
On arrival, we also discovered that the pool was unusable, we were told that due to the weather it had turned green overnight and they would have it fixed by the next day, they didn’t. In a place that is 39degrees, we were expecting to be able to cool off in a pool. Even if the pool had been clean, it and the surrounding area did not look like the photos
