Good location - but let down by service
This accommodation is conveniently located for the Yarra Valley area. However, the property is difficult to reach from a busy road. The rooms are a spacious and the property was clean but overall it was in need of a re-fresh and is not well maintained. We had to point out that there was not remote for the DVD player - with no wifi that worked this was important. The clock had a rundown battery, light bulbs were missing and the curtains in the bedroom were coming off the fittings. All this was reported but no-one came to fix anything while we were there for two days. We didn't go away feeling we had received good service so would not recommend this accommodation to others. Perhaps the resort has seen better days as the vines were overrun and the garden not tended.

these apartments are huge and well stocked compared to the city. The money for two bedrooms and breakfast and peace and quiet in Yarra Valley was good value.

The property was beautiful, the apartment was clean and tidy, the check-in process was simple and friendly. There were a number of complimentary items which meant we could have a nice breakfast in the morning. Thanks so much for having us - We will be back !
