The property is very run down. The reception and bar area was non existent, very unkempt and dirty. I think the owner has other plans. The room was very clean but extremely outdated. Bed lamp had no globe and had no power point to use. Very poor lighting. The owner was extremely friendly.

No one at check office on arrival at 5.45pm. Contact be phone received very rude response. Room ok and clean but very dated. Bed terrible creaking, old mattress, electric blanket like coils of fencing wire, cheap bedding, bathroom very utilitarian. A $70 per night motel NOT $150!!
