Communication was poor, rang twice to inform we would be leaving a day early and no call back or anything. Left a message both times in phone answering machine. Also rang me to confirm linen yet i had already replied via email that we would bring our own. Thought might have got a refund for 1 night considering w eleft ebcause if weather conditions.
