2 nights wasn’t long enough
The location was fabulous so close to everything ,the room was spacious with comfortable furniture and utensils and microwave ,the fridge and freezer were great but very disappointed with the bed it was very uncomfortable also the toilet was continuously running very lightly so the cistern was filling it wasn’t major but in the still of the night you could hear It .The staff were fabulous and very attentative to our needs

It was an old average room. Workers around the area were up at 5.30am waking us up. We stayed 4 nights as a holiday and wouldnt choose it again. The cleaning lady was lovely.

OK for a night stop over at best.
At best this place was a stop over to lay down and try to sleep. The bed was not comfortable. The walls are very thin so I could hear the guy next door swearing at the TV and making noise at night. Overall the room was not in good condition and needs painting. The gauze door to the balcony had large holes in it and you couldn't lock it, making it useless to leave it open at night for air which made it necessary to use the air conditioner (it was a hot night). Air conditioner did work, but would prefer fresh air. The balcony looks into someones junk in their backyard. There is a strange filter on the tap in the bathroom, so not sure if the water was ok to drink or not. Checking in and out was easy. Parking was also ok.

Dated motel, clean room, light not working, poor lighting in room. Cancelled room early and communication website, email down. It seems the result is that due to communication failure between Excelcior Motel and Wotif I will not get refund as promised.
