The bathroom had a horrible odour where I couldn’t use the water as the stench was horrid. The refrigerator was turned off with milk inside, and there was a vacuum full of dirt laying on the counter. I booked the Jetted Spa room to not get a bath at all. There’s no replies any any communication. Very disappointed.

Aircon was old didn’t work properly there appears to be people living there full time as well. The room is due for a renovation however the place was clean.

There was nothing really to like. Arrived around 3-30pm, couldn't find the room key, so they gave me the master key, we go to room 20 as given, but to our surprise, the room was not ready, not cleaned, so back to the reception to find out what's going on, they were very sorry, so we are given room 22, thank god it was ready, but problems not finished, TV doesn't work, so they bring another one , all is going well, but around 9 pm it turns it's self off and won't go on again. I report it to reception and while we were out they got it to work, but only one problem, you can not turn the TV off with the remote. I was in the travel and tourist industry for just on 30 years and I personally have never seen a motel this bad. I didn't take photos but carpet very stained, tiles missing from bathroom wall and the back of the bathroom door so bad it needed painting. I would not recommend or stay at this motel again. I was told by staff, that the owners have been Court Ordered to refurbished the motel, at a cost of around 1-2 million. Boy does it need it. Regards Colin Sharp
