Hotel was nice and comfortable. Only thing is when I booked, I selected pay on arrive and was going to pay cash, but got a call saying no funds in account and yet I hadn’t arrived. Think they need to remove the pay on arrive and people pay in full when making booking as that’s not pay on arrival.

In the centre of town, clean and convenient, friendly and efficient staff. Hassle free. Reasonable price. Not the most modern of places, but that didn't worry us. We just wanted a clean and convenient place to stay. Have been there before so that's why we chose it again. Will go back when we are in Swan Hill again.
