Very good location and helpful friendly staff. Great car parking, relatively cheap, secure on site Good washing machine and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent. Nice fresh clean rooms and really good hot shower with great water pressure

In the past, I stayed in this hotel for three times. Compared to the past experience, it’s very bad this time because there’s a guest nearby my room who often made noise even at late night. Maybe the guest was in the upper floor, not sure. It seems that she or he had behavioural problem. She or he tried putting something and knocking the ground. Very loud! During my stay, he used to do like this. When I told to the receptionist, it seems that she didn’t care and didn’t have any positive feedback. I can’t believe that Quest has such a poor environment as well as very low quality of service. I don’t think I will come back to this hotel again. I think hotel.com should make sure the quality of service and post the list in the website.

Awesome location and a roomy apartment.
A great location as it is just a few steps away from Auckland CBD. Also the apartment we were in were very roomy and appreciated the washer & dryer in the bathroom. The minor knock is that it looked like our unit wasn't occupied for a while as there were a few dusty spots. To their credit, they do offer daily maid service, so the dusty spots were gone the next day. There were also a few obvious wear and tear including one of the closet doors coming off the rail.
