Great location & communication but constantly cold
The owner, Lyndon, is incredibly responsive before, during, and after your stay. If you need anything, he will be sure to have you covered! The property is in a great location, just ~8 minutes walk from the central downtown. I felt safe walking along the road even at night by myself. The room is a bit worn, but all furnishings work as needed and the balcony views are stunning! I would say it was great value in all ways except that I really struggled to stay warm. There is a wall unit heater in the living room and it is not enough to warm up the whole living room, let alone the whole apartment. I usually don't struggle with feeling too cold, so this caught me off guard during my wintertime visit. If you don't mind the cold (or don't mind sleeping in layers), this place is a lovely choice for a holiday spent exploring the natural beauty of the area!
