Excellent location to Salamanca Place,Constitution Dock & therefore all the attractions associated with these locations. Very clean rooms with all amenities you require. On site parking is great for safe parking of rental cars.

Loved our stay. Great location and good off street parking for $5 per day. Received a warm welcome checking in and given good information. Our apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. It had good heating. Slept well in the very comfortable bed. Great hot shower with good pressure. Back door to car park. Front door to street, so just walk straight down the hill to Salamanca Markets, square, docks, shops and great bars and restaurants. Easy checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is fabulous. A bit noisy out the front but so close to Salamanca. It was also good value for money Parking was great. What really let it down was the complete lack of response from management to 4 attempts to contact them to request a date transfer. We got no response whatsoever. Just completely ignored. It left a sour taste.

When we got delayed in Hobart due to the cyclone in NZ we looked up Last Minute for a place that was walkable to city centre and attractions. This delightful little place was perfect- communication was helpful and easy, and we enjoyed our extra two days!
