Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge

This hotel is beautifully kept. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, overall. I will say, that the beds were not comfortable at all. My husband and I tossed and turned all night. Great location, wonderful staff, VERY CLEAN, and spacious rooms.

I definitely always appreciate this hotel amd amenities. The Coronavirus and the town, are not masked. There was a huge party of unmasked guests in the restaurant area, while it was closed. That to me was disgusting and vile, and should have been mamaged by the property as this super spreader, could definitely be in play

Most everything was very satisfying, except for the attitude of the lady that checked me in.

We absolutely loved this hotel, especially the 24/7 and pool and hot tub! It made my boyfriends birthday weekend extra special! We will be back!!

The room was clean in appearance and smell. It was just right for two adults and two kids for two nights. We had a dbl queen room. Bathroom also very clean and not too small. Big screen TV with Netflix capability and regular cable channels. Small fridge (no freezer), and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location near the Island, and several restaurants was convenient. The restaurant in the lobby was closed (probably due to Covid) but the cafe in the lobby was good enough for a quick breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, muffin, and drinks in the morning. There is an indoor pool which was open 24 hours, that we wished we could have used but we forgot our swimsuits.

This hotel had a convenient location, was super clean, and had great self parking. The lobby had a great atmosphere for hanging out by the fireplace and playing games and the Starbucks and grill items that could be purchased were a nice surprise and came in handy when we didn't feel like going out. Would definitely like to stay and again when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the outdoor areas.

To whom may concern, during our stay from 12/3 to 12/7 2020, l cannot fairly put into words how overwhelmingly well pleased my wife and l were. The front desk staff was incredibly Kind and Professional. The cleaning staff was incredible as well. Our room was Awesome!!!! To whom ever read this review when visiting Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Go to the "Courtyard Marriott" You will not need to look any further, and you absolutely will not be disappointed👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

My wife and I have stayed in several Hotels in Pidgeon Forge but this is by far our favorite place to stay.

Fire alarm went off every hour for a day and night. I asked for a late check out for 12pm and they still came knocking on the door before then.

Room was nice but was supposed to have sofa bed and did not. Lot of empty space in room. Don’t get me wrong it was very nice.
