Old property which could do with a tidy up.. filthy and overflowing cigarette bins outside the rooms which stunk. It might be better to consider a smoking area away from motel doors? The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There is a pub and a bottle shop across the road and the Moama Bowling Club is right next door, so very convenient. Alright for a night.

It may not have been my preferred venue, but it was the last available room for the Winter Blues Festival so i took what I could get. Overall its was clean, somewhat outdated but still very functional. You get what you payfor , and beggars can't be choosers. But if you want a reasonable room for a reasonable fee, then it was ok.
