We really love the place it was clean and very convenient to the stores and going to restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommended this hotel and definitely we are coming back. The view is fantastic and the garden going down the beach is beautiful. Thank you for the great stay.

the staff was very warm and helpful, they kindly upgraded us to a view and balconied room, which was much appreciated it made up for the tired look on the room and property. Marks on carper and scuff marks on use in decoration. There was no air conditioning in the room but they did supply a portable one on request. The property location was good to connect to downtown Laguna a short walk away

The property could use some updating. The location on the beach with amazing sunset views is awesome the room was very comfortable however the refrigerator was not operational. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Out last night the Power went out for about two hours overall an enjoyable stay

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Their oval recommendations were spot on. Extra amenities were delivered quickly. The property is going to be renovating soon as they have new owners. This is a little gem right on the beach. Definitely going back.

Could have been better
My wife and I have come to love Laguna Riviera. The views can’t be beat. The service is typically amazing, but this last visit was not. We arrived early to try and ensure a parking spot. Upon arrival, we checked to see if our room was ready and we’re told we could check in at 3. So we walked to a fun empanada shop and had a snack. We returned at 3 and checked in. We were given our keys and went to the room. I didn’t notice at first, but the assigned room was not what we reserved. The reservation had been made for room 201. The photo for the room was shown in the reservation. It has the best view in the resort. We were given room 202. A good room, but not what was pictured or described. I asked the receptionist and she said rooms were assigned by like rooms and not by specific rooms. I told her that no one was in 201. She then told us it was blocked because someone had reserved it. I had no words. I told her thank you. My wife and I were disappointed but still had a great weekend. I am guest facing in my job at least 90% of the time. I do my best to always exceed my guests expectations. Making up an excuse only makes a tense situation worse. I would have rather known ahead of time and stayed at a like hotel and returned to Laguna Riviera when it was available on another day. I would still recommend staying here. Just not sure we will anymore.

Worth it for the View, the Parking is bad
This place has very friendly service and an incredible location right on the beach. It’s very clean, but definitely on the older aside. The parking is a problem - it’s 24 dollars a day but the spaces are EXTREMELY small. All things considered, the parking should be free. They only service your room if you request it but are quick to respond if you need things.
