The staff was friendly and helpful, however the beds were awful, there was very little hot water for bathing, the shower did not work properly, and the toilet seat was broken....that being said the current owners bought the property 6 yrs ago and they r working on renovating each room one at a time ...this place has potential in the future

It was a clean old style Victorian Inn. Staff was very nice, also has a heated pool. The beds we’re on the softer side, but it slept very well. I would stay again.

The room was nicely decorated, large and clean. As is usual with most hotel rooms, there was not enough shelf or hanging space in the bathroom - not even a hook on the back of the door. The room smelled slightly musty when we first entered, but once we found and turned on the air conditioning unit, that resolved itself. The main problem was that the curtains would not close. We reported this to the office on the way out to dinner, but nothing had been done when we returned and the office was closed with only an emergency number available, so we were forced to pin the curtains together in order to get some privacy and keep as much light out as possible in the morning.

Good little spot for an overnight. The rooms are comfy and clean but wear and tear is starting to show. That was my only issue as service was very friendly and beds were comfortable! We would consider a return in the future :)
