Bestwestern?
Pictures R deceiving. This hotel needs a SERIOUS MAKEOVER .We love the Bestwestern chain but this one was at the bottom. Room smelled , closet smelled like vomit shower had mold the H and C hot and cold was written in marker on the wall carpet dirty beds old curtains r disgusting there is an old abandon restaurant next door that looks like a fire waiting to happen ...Sad to see that this is called a bestwestern ...will not stay here again.

Felt was over priced for overall cleanliness of property. Grab n go breakfast was absolutely horrible stale old fruit. Guess I expected more. Doors falling off hinges.

We stayed here based on the location in town and the pictures provided but the only nice part of this hotel is the lobby. The lobby is clean, new and nice but the rest of the hotel is old and needing updates. The carpet in our room made me not want to take my shoes off, the AC barely worked, there weren’t screens in the windows so we didn’t open them and the bathroom needed to be replaced or cleaned better. There is an indoor pool with rooms right off of it so if you have kids and don’t mind not feeling clean then this might be OK for you.

I didn’t like the fact we were forced to attend the Sturgis rally or lose $1800. We wanted to reschedule for 2021 but YOU, Expedia, would not allow us to. No travel voucher or anything. You, Expedia, were a nightmare to work with during a pandemic. I spent hours wasted on the phone, being ‘disconnected’ from you, never receiving phone calls back. We will never use your services again and will warn anyone we can about you. Money talks. I hope you are held responsible for the spreading of covid.
