10/10 Exceptional

Our room was spacious and comfortable - the best motel style accommodation we have stayed in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice surprise, too, simple but with good quality ingredients. We also appreciated being able to walk to the centre of town, something we would not have been able to do had we stayed at one of the other, more expensive, options in the area. A great experience and inexpensive - would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and comfortable and the motel was situated close to amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but tasted OK, although a little more choice would be great. There is no vegetarian option other than Cereal, toast, muffins and begats. Breakfast area was well set out and clean which ticks all the boxes. I wpuld definitely stay there again next time im in Yarmouth.

The facility was more of a motel than an inn, but the room was clean and the staff helpful. Biggest surprise was the breakfast - better than expected on several fronts.

This is a nice little motel. It is reasonable, clean and the staff are great, especially, Mike, who cooks great bacon and eggs! The pool is clean and the place is quiet. We stayed for three nights while we toured the area, and would highly recommend a stay at the Mermaid Inn.
