Friendly and helpful staff. Property clean and well maintained. Since the hotel is located in a prime area, you can hear late night traffic from inside the room. Breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is I was not informed of valet parking fee before booking.

This place was all we needed it to be, walking distance to the Coke museum, the Aquarium, and to plenty of restaurants. We ended up getting in very late for check in when I called and explained our situation Angela was very understanding and helpful. Richard was also an amazing staff member who went above and beyond.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is well kept and heated. The rooms are very nice with a good layout and very clean and everything you could need for your stay. Clean hotel. Close to aquarium and easy walk 2 blocks away. Felt pretty safe walking in area. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast not great. OJ and apple juice were watered down and undrinkable. Only saw one attendant trying to keep things stocked. Trash cans overflowing. Food variety good. Had pancakes, scrambled eggs, ham slices, cereal, cottage cheese, several fruits, yogurt, breads and a few pastries. Slept well and beds comfortable. Walls were a little thin and could hear kids crying. Lobby had a lot of seating and stayed busy. Valet parking only and is $55/day. Some public’s lots a block or two away that were $30 but was convenient at hotel. No street parking available anywhere. Would stay again.
