Most of the staff is always great and helpful. This trip (one of many times I’ve stayed at the property) I ran into a rather rude front desk person. You can tell a lot about a hotel by the quality of their towels. For an IHG brand that is supposed to be a step up from Holliday Inn (which this hotel was ) the bath towels have grown thin from over use. Little things.
