No WiFi is available in such of 2016 new building
The room is clean and neat. But the refrigerator is making noises all night long which draw us crazy. WiFi is not available in room which we knew that before we booked. It is just highly recommended to provide WiFi system in the future because it is so important to have a connection in case of emergency situation. It felt being isolated. It only has the WiFi in lobby or dining area but who is going to go out after dark over there.

Poor 2.0
Expensive and bad
This hotel was over-priced and lacked basic amenities common to hotels half its price. For example wifi. There is no wifi. Also the room heater took hours to heat the room and food options were not great (bad cafeteria food (ex: sloppy joes)). In general I would recommend a super 8 outside the park to this hotel. Mammoth seemed like a much more fun place To stay. With canyon village and this lodge I just felt funneled into an expensive and not rewarding tourist trap.

Fair 4.0
The room was very slow to warm up and never truly got warm, shame as it was 19 degrees outside in the morning. The floor creaked with every step, The refrigerator and the toilet made noise. To think I stayed at the same size room for $200 less the night before. Thank goodness for the price being two hundred off the ticket price on the door. Except for location, totally a sham and utterly not worth it in anyway. We did not even have coffee in the room which has been the one consistent on this two week journey my wife and I have been on for our 10th anniversary. Whom ever runs this operation should be ashamed.

Good 6.0
An expensive place to sleep. Cabin like decor. Felt like I was at a college complex with multiple buildings and dining hall. Limited Wi-fi, no TVs as expected though. We were sent to the wrong building when we arrived in evening. Had unloaded all our luggage with 2 small kids. Couldn’t find the room number so went back to main lodge and they said sorry they sent us to wrong building. Then finally got to room and the bathroom was filthy. So changed room. Limited food services. Nothing special. Average place.

Nice property but no services
No coffee in the room was very disappointing. Possibly due to Covid, but not even any at the hotel. Had to drive to the village restaurant each morning and bring back to the room. Also, no WiFi in our room. Only available in the main building by front desk. No cell service either, so you are pretty much cut off from the rest of the world. Expected no TV. Property is beautiful, but for the expensive price of the room and no services, would probably not gp back.

Disappointing lodging in Yellowstone
Very disappointing for the extremely high price. The room had no amenities whatsoever. The building didn’t even have coffee. You had to walk a quarter mile to buy some. We were told this was the only location in the park with food right now. This concessionaire has made many questionable choices on how to deal with COVID-19. If the price had been $150 a night it would have been fine. Three times that gives higher expectations. This is what happens with monopolies
