Complete Failure!
Checking in should have been the first red flag. Rude and disorganized front desk clerks. The hotel was dirty! While old the renovation was something akin to lipstick on a pig. The room was big, bed was mildly comfortable, the bathroom was typical unless you count the constantly dribbling bath faucet. Getting the room cleaned was like pulling teeth, had to go to the front desk several time before we finally got a new roll of toilet tissue, towel exchange was equally a pain in the butt. Trash can in the halls were overflowing the entire time of our visit… 1 week. The outside trash cans were in the same condition. The sign in front of the hotel bills the restaurant as “fine dining”. The food was terrible! Breakfast buffet was a joke. My wife ordered scrambled eggs, what she got was a plate of runny partially cooked slop. Sausage was partially cooked… literally raw in the center. The food handlers did not wear gloves or hairnets and were not identifiable as hotel employees. And they were…. Rude. Imagine that! We had dinner on out first night… once again, a big mistake. A couple of bites and we went to McDonalds. The hot tub only works when someone from maintenance comes and turns it on. The building stank! It was bad enough the we cut our stay short. The facility would not entertain refunding the balance of our stay… not even partially. This was a one and done! There’s no way I would recommend this facility! The reviews on do not accurately reflect this hotel.

Dumping on the dump
No soap for sale for laundry Had to tape dryer shut and run 3 cycles and still not dry Keys wouldn’t work and had to change rooms! No trash can in room 8 buses in parking lot but no conventions this week! Buses were a hazard in perking lot Hair everywhere in pool No towels in pool area I’ve stayed in my share of s••tholes but this one takes the cake

This place made me sad. Poor condition overall, low disintegrating ceiling tiles that made a shower unappealing, and Very thin walls.

Room was very outdated and dirty. Floor was sticky, hair in sink and blood on comforter. TV didn’t work unless you were standing on top of it to change channels/volume..that was after my husband worked on it for half hour to just get it turned on.

The ups and downs
The view from the parking lot was very nice. Our room ended up being on the side of the building. The layout of the place was a bit weird. We went up the main stairs I thought was the second floor but had to descend 2 flights to get to our room.
