I loved my stay here. The room was huge, clean, it was outdated, sure but it did everything we needed it to. We got the hot tub room which was sooooo nice to relax in. Super great place. Friendly staff. Such a clean spot. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how CLEAN the lobby and everything was!

This hotel is an older hotel. Dated. The staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. We stayed in off season on our road trip. The price was right for a quick landing spot before an extended drive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had a luxurious feel. Everything was nice, from the elegant décor to the comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, upscale, and relaxing hotel.

6/10 Good

The hotel has a very neat kids area and the indoor/outdoor pools were nice. Hot tubs were fantastic. Noah's Ark wristbands available with two night stay, good for the whole visit. Parking not included. Our room was not very well cleaned - floor wasn't vacuumed, milk left in mini fridge, questionable stains and glitter on the chairs and blankets, facial hair behind/on sink faucet. We believe cleaning was short-staffed. The staff was accommodating in removing the chairs and milk from the room. Additional towels and shampoo/body wash were hard to come by. Complimentary coffee in lobby but no coffee maker in room. Plastic utensils available when requested.

We had a great stay! The pool water temperatures were perfect for our young kids and the area was very clean. The rooms are outdated but were still clean, it was great to take our young kids to for the night and have an area judt for them with a hot tub for the adults to watch them directly.

This is my family’s go to hotel in Wi Dells. We also always rent the room with a large jet tub in the room due to being able to “swim” after hours🙂 (It also has led lights and Bluetooth in the jetted tub as well) The staff are pretty friendly and make an easy smooth check in as well as check out process. I love that we also get tickets to Noah’s arc with our stay every time! (Whirl pool room or not, you still get the tickets!) 10/10 highly recommended

Love this hotel beautiful room clean huge bed is super comfortable all in all my favorite hotel so far

8/10 Very good

Clean rooms and competent staff. The pool area is well kept, if plain for the Dells. Amenities are limited—free hot beverages, shampoo/conditioner packets available by request, and older, dated, not-quite-vintage decor. But this is reflected in the price: It’s not as eye-wateringly expensive as many Dells locations. Good value.

Decent hotel with small waterpark for little kids which was perfect for our 4 year old. Convenient location off busier area of Dells but super close to everything to drive there quickly.
