The room and resort was super nice, but the mosquitoes ruined it. We weren’t able to walk around or eat dinner at their restaurant because the mosquitoes were so bad. We were recommended to order room service because it was nothing they could do about mosquitoes. They even got into our room and we had to kill them all night.. we cut our stay there short.

Hands down, the best vacation we have ever had! Sailrock Resort has ruined all of our future vacations because we don’t think that anything could ever be as fantastic and relaxing. Having access to two different beaches was amazing. Sitting on the wraparound deck at 9C was hypnotic due to the constant Atlantic ocean breeze. I looked down at my watch and saw my resting heart rate was 45, normally it's mid 50's. This place is the antidote to any stress. My wife cried because she was so happy. Every staff member is extremely friendly and helpful; they treat you like you are the only guests on the resort. Well, actually we were - which made this trip even more special. Sailrock is not your typical resort! You need a sense of adventure and an open mind to be able to take in all the beauty this resort has to offer. You most likely won’t have 200 people at the pool and another 200 on the beach on any given day. There will be no speedboat or Jet ski noise; just donkeys, birds, ocean, a great staff and you…their special guest! #noregrets #nostress #noworries #nocares #paradisefound!! Thank you Anthony, Putra, Kubir, Kerra, Yasmine, Kurly, Ashley, Big Mike, Jerome, Nidup, Pema and Yosa (Forgive me if I misspelled anyone’s name or left anyone out). You are all engraved in our hearts and memories forever. We will never forget celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with you all at your beautiful resort. Lovingly, Kenneth and Kimberly

This property is amazing. We stayed in Provo (main island) and South Caicos during our stay. We stayed at several 5-star locations and Sail Rock will always hold a special place in my heart. The staff was AMAZING. Some of the friendliest and most attentive people I have met at a hotel, and I've traveled A LOT. People complain about the seaweed, but this is normal now due to climate change and is only there a limited time. This is also on the Atlantic side, the Carribean side is too die for. Shallow, beautiful calm water and some of the best sunset views one can offer. This is a newer resort and will be seeing loads of upgrades, but you can still expect a 5-star experience. The only thing I'd recommend them looking at is the food experience, however, with the knowledge that this is an extremely small island and still very young in terms of development, I was completely satisfied with everything. If you're looking for a beautiful escape, this is the place you MUST go!

Very nice cove. The rooms are on the other side of island and a short complimentary buggy ride takes you to cove. The side where the rooms are have a beach but wasn’t usable as to all the sea grass this time of year (July august) the sea grass stunk so don’t waste the money on a “beach front” this time of year. Food was amazing. Expensive and not much selection but was good. Not many other places to eat other then this resort without a $60 cab ride. This island is remote and not fully developed. So relaxing is the key thing to do. Drinks are expensive but kind of to be expected since it all is imported. Again nice place, nice cove and water, not extream luxury place but was still nice to unwind and enjoy the cove and water.

My wife and I rented a ridge top villa with an ocean view. We were treated like VIP. Leny was amazing from the first day upon arrival to our departure. My wife and I spent 7 days at Sailrock and did not have to leave for food because the food was amazing. The chefs are definitely top of the line and the meals were delicious. Big Mike and Frances escorted my wife and I, to and from Jerechiam which was a private, secluded beach. Sailrock owns the property which is about 10 minutes from the main campus. Upon arrival they had canoes available for us to use. Harvey and Earl were very accommodating during our times at the cove. The chefs always came out to make sure the meals met our expectations which it certainly did. My wife and also spent time on Long Beach which is the Atlantic Ocean side. We were the only people on the beach. Sailrock did provide chairs and umbrellas. It was so tranquil with a nice windy breeze. We also spent a great deal of time in the pool space in which the dinning area overlooked. Again we were the only ones in the pool which we loved because we wanted a week of quietness. We will definitely be going back to Sailrock. We had a very relaxing and quiet time. All the staff were very accommodating, I wish I could name them all.

Definitely not what was advertised. Most of the staff was rude. Had to call/ask several times for final bill, pool cleaning, housekeeping, and more . Room service was always wrong or missing something ordered. There’s a tax, service fee, facility fee, delivery fee and you still need to tip for food -when you’re basically stranded on an island and that’s the only place you can get food. The puddle jumper only runs twice a day and it may be a tiny plane from the 80s that smell of gasoline…had to sit in the airport for 4 hours because the plane comes at 830a or 430p only. There were bugs everywhere..seems like more than a can of Deet should be given to guess. You also cannot leave anything uncovered or out for even a minute or it will be cover even in bugs. If you like the ocean/beach near Provinciales stay there. You basically get sandy water you can’t walk, swim or see in that you have to be driven to on one side and non-usable beach on the other side. Also the supposed private activities are offer but yet when you try book any of them you’re told to kindly reconsidered every other day via email before your trip -if you book them in advance. The villas are far from private, the staff is always around, there’s a morning bulldozer to greet you each day, you’re sharing the beach with everyone and there’s only a few places to even sit on the “private beachfront” that’s supposed to come with the villas.
