The Hotel Royalmar is perfectly positioned for quiet beach holiday in proximity to Nice, but without the big city hassle. Cagnes sur Mer is a perfect option for access to the sea, promenade walking and some excellent local restaurants. The hotel is generally well maintained, but showing some signs of needing improvement in the rooms. The furniture (sofa) was care-worn and not very comfortable and all the furniture was too dark. We had a problem one morning with the lack of hot water and were told that we could either change rooms to a smaller room (we were in the only available suite) or wait 3 or 4 hours for the water to be made available......we waited. However, the staff were very profesional and concerned about this situation. Overall the staff were excellent and the restaurant staff were very nice and welcoming. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced........eggs & bacon at breakfast is very unusual in France.....but also very welcome!

La posizione dell’albergo è ottima Purtroppo in fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto il parcheggio e mi è stato detto che non possono fissarlo, ma solo quando arrivi e chiaramente il parcheggio era esaurito perché hanno solo 5 posti. Ho dovuto parcheggiare davanti l’hotel e mi hanno rotto di proposito lo specchietto elettrico della vettura, l’hotel non ha telecamere. Anche in camera ci sono stati dei problemi, nel bagno di 3 luci ne funzionava una sola, inoltre ho avuto problemi anche con il climatizzatore che non funzionava. A parte la posizione un disastro
