Only disappointment was the Shower heater. After the 1st person shower, water not hot anymore. Have to wait maybe another 20-30mins for the water to be acceptable for shower, other than that everything was excellent, staff very polite. Would definitely stay again

What I like : the uniqueness of the property,the view and almost everything about lexus hibiscus is unparalleled. What I don't like is : doors for shower and toilet with no locks and a gap between doors and walls providing no privacy, ironing board keeps moving forward/backwards, the sauna is unnecessary should've made it as a shower room for using the pools. For entertainment it would be a nice addition if a billiards room, arcade station and a bowling place. I would like to give a huge thanks and thumbs up for all the wonderful staff for their friendly and excellent services throughout my stay in hibiscus, for sure I will come back again in the future.
