This place exceeded my expectations. It was well appointed and we'll stocked. Need needs to be upgraded is the only problem I can even try to come up with. Lots of plush towels, fireplace, balcony, jucuzzi tub, fully stocked, and eager dryer. Secluded yet not. We never saw anyone else really other than parking lot. Will definitely be back again

The front desk staff was best part of the stay. Room was ok at best. Fireplace wouldn’t work correctly the walls were paper thin. We had to call front desk twice because people that shared the unit was so loud. We were woke up twice with the wrestling around. Didn’t get no sleep left a day early because it was so bad. We didn’t even get an apology just we will refund you 12.95 resort fee. There is no view and units are the cleanest. I have never complained about a room down in the smokies this is the 1st. Would not recommend this place at all.

Great location but feels private
The resort is close to the main parkway but feels secluded. We enjoyed walking around the grounds and felt very safe doing so. The unit was well stocked and staff was quick to respond to any issues (pilot light in fireplace went out). Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great overall stay here!
Great overall stay. We stayed in the standard room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, dish soap, spices, etc to make our stay feel very much at home. In-unit washer and dryer was DEFINITELY a plus. Jetted tub. Just wish it had a king size bed and it would have all of the creature comforts of home. Also, check in and out was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Great location. Far enough away from traffic to be quiet but still just a mile or two from main pigeon forge attractions. Would stay again!

Bathroom plumbing needs redone. Pipes were taped and handles in the tub were loose. There was mildew around the caulking in the tub. The jets didn’t work in the tub. We like the overall room and perfect location to everything. We will use again .
