Very poor condition. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Carpets very dirty. Front porch with broken boards. Kind of falling apart. Expected cheap and cheerful. This was just cheap.

First thing I noticed wasn’t an empty can of ginger ale on the table. Especially during covid, this should have been a warning. Bathroom was not too clean and the shower literally did not work. We arrived late at night. When we woke up in the morning we noticed some stains on the sheets that definitely were not from us. Disappointed.

We stayed 2 nights, mainly just to sleep while visiting the Arrowhead Provincial Park where family were staying. Ideal for what we needed. Felt comfortable with the level of cleanliness with Vivid. Towels adequate although small. No plug close to the coffee pot, had to move it to use. All in all pleasantly surprised as some ofp the reviews I had read weren't that greatw

The skin leaked(drain never stopped running), the toilet leaked when it filled up with water, the drain to kitchen skin, and plug for it is rusty, the burners are rusty as well, but they do work! The beds were hard, we ended up pulling the comforter off the other bed and sleeping on top of both of them, luckily we have extra blankets with us all the time. It was quite spacious, and they have new flat screen tv’s that are wall mounted & moved. The fridge was quite big for a mini fridge as well & it was fairly clean.

This place is filthy dirty. Absolutely horrible . Back deck is falling apart and dangerous. Did not even want to touch the bed . Mold in an old fridge that I saw when the door fell off. I'm being nice here . Do not stay here . Spend a little more money and feel comfortable .

I have stayed here twice and I absolutely love it HOWEVER...I dont mind it being outdated but the carpets are disgusting, they need to be ripped out, they are filthy and stained all over. The cleaning has gone downhill as there are cigarette butts all over the front where I parked and I noticed garbage on the grounds. It makes me sad as I love this place.

The electrical (light fixtures) and overall maintenance of the room were sketchy. Threat of $20 fine if you leave the dishes without cleaning it and putting it away and yet the sink was full of rust rings and stopper was all musty. No cleaner to make it better other than palmolive... broken cups in cupboard, beds are all soft and no springs left in them. Fridge was dirty. Carpet and chairs stained. Overall cleanliness lacked in attention to detail.
