I never normally review properties but this is the best holiday inn I’ve ever been too! The room was stunning, the bed was so comfortable, it was clean and tidy, the bathroom was modern and spotless! Even had all dove products! Room service was great, wish we was there for longer than we was it was amazing!

We stayed for one night before our connection flight the next morning. Our room was on the 10th floor and we discovered by great surprise that the airplanes just fly above the hotel! It was so loud I had a hard time sleeping! They fly every 10-20 minutes which could be heard loudly even if you close the balcony door. It made me anxious to a point that I was expecting the next flight with some distress. Also, this prevented me from opening the balcony door for some fresh air since it was so loud. I would not prefer this hotel or the area again for this reason. Also, we ordered food from outside and found out that they would not let us eat the food in the room (hotel policy). I had to argue and plead with the receptionist, which finally let us take the food. However, after a 5 hour flight I was tense and angry about this "hotel policy" that tries to control what I can and cannot eat in my room. Also I would rate the mattress "uncomfortable and old" and it sinks in the middle. Feels like there is a hole in the middle.
