Fabulous boutigue hotel with lots of character, great food and within easy walking distance to the Jewish quarter, Old town and the pick up points for out of town trips to Auschwitz and the Salt mines. Staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms very clean and well maintained. Points to note, there is no tea/ coffee making facilities but bottled water supplied daily and rooms to the front of the hotel may have some street noise. A great find and one I would recommend and return to when next visiting Krakow.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay in Krakow. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend . The hotel is located in the Jews quarter and everything is accessible by foot. Booked our trips with the hotel on arrival had a lovely stay. Would go again.

Positives: The desk staff was very nice and helpful. Not a bad walk to the old town area. Negatives: Breakfast was not very good. Very limited items to chose from. The beds were not comfortable. The worst thing was every morning at 7am, the cleaning staff would start making all kinds of noise near our door. Unfortunately, were put right by their supply room and it did not sound like they cared too much about making noise at that early hour. Street noise continued all night just outside of our window. Tough to get much sleep at this hotel. Paid parking was a pretty fair walk from the hotel as no one is allowed to park in the area of the hoyel.
