    Lovely service

It was a short stay but a lovely one! Met Miko and he was great. I was close to the downtown so very convenient as well.

Youth hostel disguised as a bed and breakfast

This was more indicative of a youth hostel. Exposed electrical outlets, a ton of house shoes soon as you walk in, & the stove didn't work which we were required to make our own breakfast and there was a hot plate the name a few of the issues.

    I had a great stay

The room was exactly what I was looking for. I had everything that I needed and had a great stay at the Toronto Garden Inn B&B. Arranging parking was no problem. I will stay there again!

A lovely place to stay. The manager (Miko) takes very good care of the property and makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, and Miko himself is always there making eggs and pancakes to your liking. Bus is less than 100 metres away, but the place is very close to downtown, a mere 15-minute walk to Eaton Centre. Rooms are comfortable, the place is silent overall (it's an 1890 Victorian house, so there's the usual crackling here and there, but really not much.) Bathrooms and kitchen were entirely remodeled. Breakfast can be a fun part of the day, because all guests are there so you get to interact and chat, if that pleases/suits you. You can ask for food deliveries at night. NOTE: the property is not attended all the time, so pay close attention to the email you will get upon confirming your reservation, as it contains the code to enter the house and other important instructions.
