Review For a Deluxe King room: The place was ok. I didn't try the cool amenities: the downstairs club hours are "coming soon" so I assumed it was not open. The rooftop bar also seems to have limited availabilities (not every day and only evening early night) and when I went to the coffee place it was breakfast time and I think the only option was buffet which I didn't care about. On the pro side the room was silent (the window insulates well the noise from the street, and neighbor were quiet afaik). On the con side there's an overall feel of slight neglect. Nothing big and worrisome but lots of little details. To access the rooms hallway after the elevator there are doors that were meant to be locked/unlocked with cards but they were never locked. One of the light switch in my room has the plastic top missing. The window is meant to only tilt open for air but instead would only fully open (which they say you shouldn't do), the shower door is meant to slid and fold open but screws were missing so it'd bend inward (absolutely not a problem but gives the feeling of something that broke that was never replaced). Also FYI the deluxe king bed was really two twins pushed together with two matresses and a 2cm height drop where the mattresses don't overlap. I also paid for late check out but somehow I appeared to have check out early in the system so I couldn't get back to my room around an hour before end of late check out which I had to sort out at the front desk.
