I flushed the toilet and everything came up from a drain in the shower and filled up the washroom floor, I could not even call the reception because phone in the room didn't work. I mentioned it to the receptionist first day that phone wasn't working but nothing was done. Also hotel mentioned that they have parking, but they dont have one I had to park under different building. Overall it was the grossest experience of my life. To be honest I don't suggest this hotel to ANYONE

I really liked the location, as it was outside of the hustle & bustle of downtown, but still very accessible via one short Tram ride to hot spots & museums in the inner city. The Hotel also had a wonderful view from both the rooms & the lobby. I also was very pleased with the Hotel Staff, who all were very helpful & friendly, and saved me much time with referrals & suggestions on what to do, as it was my first time to Amsterdam. I would most definitely stay with them again.

not bad. not great. within a 8-day stay, there was twice an issue with cleaning. first time, the room was not fully made-up and the second time, the next door room dustbin bag was left in my room. the kind of things that irritate. for the first issue though, I was offered a free drink.

Wonderful Service, Spacious Room
I called the day before my stay to say it was my 50th birthday. The woman I spoke with was so nice and helpful with my request for a room with a nice view. She even came out to the front desk when I arrived and personally made sure that I had the right room. She really made my stay so special. #1 in customer service. Well done!
